Delivery
We deliver to the Netherlands, across the European Union, and to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.
- Netherlands — €7.95: estimated 7–10 working days. Free delivery on orders of €150 or more.
- Belgium & Germany — €9.95: estimated 7–10 working days.
- Other EU countries — €14.95: estimated 10–15 working days.
- United Kingdom — €17.95: estimated 10–20 working days.
- Switzerland & Norway — €24.95: estimated 10–20 working days.
These estimates run from the date of your order and include preparation and delivery. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery is subject to availability; if an item is delayed or unavailable, we will contact you. Tracking details will be sent when your parcel is dispatched.
For destinations outside the EU, customs processing may add time. Import duties, taxes or carrier clearance charges may apply where these are not collected at checkout.
Free boutique collection
Choose collection at checkout. Please allow up to 7–10 working days and wait for your ready-for-collection email before travelling. Collection is by arrangement at Oude Delft 149, 2611 HA Delft, Netherlands.
