How to care for your inserts

Hand wash gently with the pads of your fingers and warm water. Keep nails away from the adhesive. Air dry completely in a clean, dust-free place, then replace the protective films. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Replace the films only once your inserts are fully dry, and keep them in their original box between uses.
